NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-006780 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP, Plaintiff and ELLIOTT R. BROWNLEE are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 21, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, LESS THE EAST 37 FEET THEREOF, AND LOT 10, LESS THE WEST 3 FEET THEREOF, IN BLOCK 10, OF COLONIAL PARKS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
