NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM) dated October 23, 2015 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 20, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-001195-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEE, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF OREDO L. CUTLIP, DECEASED; JOHN CUTLIP; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 21st day of March, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, LAKEVIEW VISTA FIRST ADDITION REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
