NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-004824-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., on behalf of registered Holders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2007-AC5, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-AC5, is the Plaintiff and Brian W. Bregman, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Bayrock Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
