NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 21, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-009690-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA A. SCALA; FRANK JOSEPH SCALA A/K/A FRANK J. SCALA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 21, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING REAL PROPERTY SITUATE IN COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT CENTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 32'47” WEST 790 FEET ALONG THE EAST AND WEST CENTER LINE OF SAID SECTION 19, THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 00'08” EAST 695.32 FEET ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF ROAD KNOWN AS PINE STREET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM THUS ESTABLISHED CONTINUE THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 00'08” EAST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 41'27” EAST 180 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 00'08” WEST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 41'27” WEST 180 FEET TO POB.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
