NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-003018 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association As Case No.: Trustee For Opteum Mortgage Acceptance Corporation, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4, Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JON D. COLLETTE A/K/A JONATHAN D. COLLETTE A/K/A JONATHAN DAVID COLLETTE, DECEASED are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 1, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
