NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 23, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-009048-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and ALLEN, EDNA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 17, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Orange County as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
