NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of January, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16001337CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DBA CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF LEN HAZEN A/K/A LEONARD M. HAZEN C/O SAMUEL C. SUMMERS AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE; EMEL HAZEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants.
