NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000688 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISTIONS TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-CH2 is Plaintiff and DRESSLER, MITCHELL AND SHERRI, et al, are Defendants. The clerk ANGELINA M. COLONNESO shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 16, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Manatee County as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
