YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in MANATEE County, Florida:
UNIT 2039, COUNTRY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION II, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1040, PAGE 2428, AT SEQ., AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 188-191, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for COUNTRY VILLAGE OF BRANDENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC, whose address is 1855 Griffin Road, Suite A-423, Dania Beach, FL 33004 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court within 30 days from the first date of publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in THE BUSINESS OBSERVER.
