NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA002173AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Self-Help Ventures Fund, Plaintiff and GERARDO FLORES-CRUZ are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 28, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK D, SHARP & TURNERS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK I, PAGE 313, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
