NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 2012CA-003586-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is Plaintiff and JOHN CRAWFORD, et al, are Defendants. The clerk STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on March 17, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida as set forth in said Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, to-wit:
