NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 002082000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is Plaintiff and ADAM S. LEE; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk.realforeclose.com on March 2nd, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
