Unit Week no. 49 in Condominium Parcel 307V, of Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 968, at Page 1096-1190, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
