Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 6, 2014, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 1, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE EAST 1/2 OF TRACT 52, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 195, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at eleven o'clock a.m. on March 2, 2017.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with this clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
