LOTS 48 AND 49, BLOCK 14 OF NAPLES PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT No. 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1 at Page 106 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
LOT 50, BLOCK 14 of NAPLES PARK SUBDIVISION UNIT No. 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 106 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Todd B. Allen, Lindsay & Allen, PLLC, 13180 Livingston Rd., Suite 206, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter ; otherwise , a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
