NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000968-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which TD BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO RIVERSIDE NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Harry S. Boise a/k/a Harry Stanford Boise, Jr. a/k/a Harry S. Boise, Jr. aka Harry Boise deceased; Cherie Ellen Boise a/k/a Cherie E. Boise a/k/a Cherie S. Boise a/k/a Cherie Boise; Duane Sanford Boise a/k/a Duane S. Boise a/k/a Duane Boise; Esplanade II Condominium Association, Inc.; Holly Fawn Boise a/k/a Holly F. Boise a/k/a Holly Boise a/k/a Holly Boise Kinnoch; and State of Florida Department of Revenue Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants et al are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2 day of MARCH, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO 2-308, ESPLANADE II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCOORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3363 PAGE 2175 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
