NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 7th day of September, 2010, and entered in Case No. : 2009-CA-010770-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P, is the Plaintiff and JOHN KARKATSELOS; GUADALUPE KARKATSELOS; THE LANDINGS AT BELL LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, OBO THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JOHN DOE N/K/A TIMMY KARKATSELOS; JANE DOE N/K/A GUADALUPE KARKATSELOS; CRYSTAL KARKATSELOS, are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 28th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 2, LANDINGS AT BELL LAKE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 133 THROUGH 135; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
