NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 31, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-008847, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and STEPHAN R. DWYER A/K/A STEPHEN R. DWYER; MYRLENE DWYER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on February 27, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
WEST 530.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 215.43 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4, LESS THE WEST 25.00 FEET FOR ROAD AND THE WEST 530.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 31.13 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 LESS THE WEST 25.00 FEET FOR ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
