SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and GORDON D. SMITH; PATRICIA A. SMITH; LAKE HEATHER OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 06, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
