NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-000049 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-HE3 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, is the Plaintiff and Fairlane Credit, LLC, a wholly owned entity of Ford Motor Credit Company, Lendmark Financial Services, LLC, Traci Cunningham, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
