Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 2, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 4438, UNIT 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 48-81, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1514 SW 14TH TER, CAPE CORAL, FL 33991; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 6, 2017 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
