NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003535 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Plaintiff and Lester Earl Butler a/k/a Lester Butler are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 6, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, RESUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 28, SUNCOAST ESTATES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 566, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
