NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale dated February 2, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002156 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, is the Plaintiff and Reginald J. Rhodes aka Reginald James Rhodes a/k/a Reggie James Rhodes; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Benjamin Brockington a/k/a Benjamin Brockington, Sr., deceased; Timothy Brockington; Glenda Marie Brockington a/k/a Glenda M. Brockington a/k/a Glenda Brockington, as an Heir of the Estate of Benjamin Brockington a/k/a Benjamin Brockington, Sr., deceased; Reginald J. Rhodes aka Reginald James Rhodes a/k/a Reggie James Rhodes, as an Heir of the Estate of Benjamin Brockington a/k/a Benjamin Brockington, Sr., deceased; Timothy Brockington, as an Heir of the Estate of Benjamin Brockington a/k/a Benjamin Brockington, Sr., deceased, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest in spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 8 day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
