Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 2, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK 34, TWIN LAKE ESTATES UNIT 9 A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 206 THROUGH 221, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 169 WANATAH AVE S, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33974; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on March 6, 2017 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
