NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment filed on December 1, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-CA-001074, of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANDRA HOWELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA HOWELL, KATHLEEN COCHRAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN COCHRAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RALPH F. STEPHEN, ERIC WALL, BRIDGEWAY OF PARKER LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on March 2, 2017, beginning at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale, on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com website, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit B, Building 2, Bridgeway of Parker Lakes, Phase I, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2701, Page 598 to 697, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Also known as 15000 Bridgeway Lane, Apt. 202, Ft. Myers, FL 33919.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
