NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2016 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Feb. 7, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-002338 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and FRANK R. MOORE; JEANNIE R. MOORE; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION N/K/A SUNCOAST CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 9 day of March, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, TELEGRAPH CREEK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 54 AND 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
