NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-004263-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION
(“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and BLACKWATER FEDERAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER LAND TRUST NO. 5724 DATED AUGUST 8, 2013; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF LAND TRUST NO. 5724 DATED AUGUST 8, 2013; MELISSA MEZEROWSKI A/K/A MELISSA KAYE MEZEROWSKI; IF LIVING, INCLUDING ANY UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAID DEFENDANT(S), IF REMARRIED, AND IF DECEASED, THE RESPECTIVE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, AND TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KEOSHA WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A TARA FOGEL; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of June, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, PINE HAVEN II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, 96 AND 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
