NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - January 12th ,2017, and entered in Case No. 14-008535-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3, is Plaintiff and DOROTHY MAE CUTHBERTSON; are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 69, Pasadena Estates Section “H”, Blocks 61-62-63-64-69-70-102-103, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 116, of the Public Records of Pinellas, County, Florida.
Property Address: 5714 11th S Avenue, Gulfport, FL, 33707.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
