NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012774-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1, is Plaintiff and Donald Forbes A/K/A Donald B. Forbes, et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, WHITNEY PINES 1ST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in O.R. Book 82, Pages 14 through 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2062 Dodge Street, Clearwater, FL 33760
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
