NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 1st day of February, 2017, and entered in Case No: 14-008790-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2004-HE6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE6, is the Plaintiff and KENNETH BRADLEY JONES; BRC RESTORATION SPECIALIST, INC. A/K/A BRC RESTORATION; SYNOVUS BANK F/K/A SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY; YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE CONDO ASSN., INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH BRADLEY JONES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants.
