YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 403, Building N, of TARPON WOODS CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, PHASE IV, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5368, Page 1175, as amended to add Phase IV in O.R. Book 5731, Page 299, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 61, Pages 114-119, amended in Condominium Plat Book 75, Pages 38-41, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3505 Tarpon Woods Boulevard, #N-403, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34685.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 03/13/2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
