YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, BARDMOOR WEST, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, herein in the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 23, BUILDING 5, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BARDMOOR WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4180, PAGE 1759 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 48 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. With the following street address: 8800 Bardmoor Boulevard, #23, Seminole, Florida, 33777.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 03/13/2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
