APARTMENT NO. 311, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3429, PAGE 96 AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 86 THROUGH 90 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH GRANTOR'S LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THE UNDIVIDED 3.354 PERCENT SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENT RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
