NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 1, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013-005640-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-5 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is Plaintiff and TY ANDERSON, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23RD day of March, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Part of Tract “A”, SEMINOLE LAKE GOLF COURSE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 61, Pages 1 and 2, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
From the West 1/4 of Section 36, Township 30 South, Range 15 East, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, run along the East/West centerline of said Section, South 88 deg. 51`16” East, 22.00 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel; said point being on the East right-of-way line of Augusta Blvd., thence along said East right-of-way line North 00 deg. 25`22” East, 125.01 feet, to the South right-of-way line of Hershey Lane; thence along said South right-of-way line, South 88 deg. 51`16” East, 96.58 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 125 of SEMINOLE LAKE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Pages 3 and 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence along the West line of said Lot 125, South 01 deg. 08`44” West, 125.00 feet to the East/West centerline of said Section 36; thence along said East/West centerline North 88 deg. 51`16” West, 95.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
(Said property f/k/a Lot 124, SEMINOLE LAKE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Pages 3 and 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
