TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF TRACT “E” ADJACENT TO LOT 17, BLOCK “A”, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED “SEABROOKE” AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 46 THROUGH 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 17, THENCE RUN 65 DEGREES 45 MINUTES 15 SECONDS E, A DISTANCE OF7.60 FEET; THENCE S 78 DEGREES 42 MINUTES 29 SECONDS W, FOR A DISTANCE OF 34.41 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
