NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 14th day of November A.D., 2016, in the cause wherein, Res-FL Five, LLC a Florida Limited liability company, was plaintiff(s) and William Delisle; The Contractor Yard, LLC, n/k/a Probuild East, LLC, as claimed assignee of Cox Lumber Co., a Florida corporation, d/b/a HD Supply Lumber & Building Materials, was defendant(s), being Case No 13-03411 CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), William Delisle, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
