NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Motion To Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 20, 2017, and entered in the above styled case, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY TODD WEBB, et al, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on February 28, 2017, at an on-line sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
That certain Condominium composed of Building Number 4, Unit Number 4 and an undivided 1.8119% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SUNSET GROVE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in OR Book 4081, Pages 1235 through 1297 as amended in OR Book 4097, Pages 1408 and 1409 and OR Book 4164, Pages 1440 through 1443 and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 60 through 67 both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida subject to valid restrictions, reservations, and easements of record and real estate taxes unpaid, if any.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
