NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Writ of Possession Sale dated December 19, 2016, and entered in the above styled case, wherein THE WATERFORD AT PALM HARBOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and IRENE REDD is the Defendant, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on March 1st, 2017, at an on-line sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
UNIT 28-102, THE WATERFORD AT PALM HARBOR, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14071, PAGE 2149, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
