NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-002993-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holder of Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-HE1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Harold J. Niyork a/k/a H. J. Niyork; Sandra J. Niyork; Christopher J. Carmichael; Robin J. Carmichael are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 66, SUNSET RIDGE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
