NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-002628 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ditech Financial LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Alfred J. Giordano, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 7, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 310, OF SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 14, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 7 THROUGH 12, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN 3897, PAGE 112; AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4809, PAGE 1045; O.R. BOOK 6997, PAGE 898; O.R. BOOK 6188, PAGE 558; O.R. BOOK 6955, PAGE 663; O.R. 7028, PAGE 2217; O.R. 7326, PAGE 586; O.R. BOOK 9568, PAGE 731; O.R. BOOK 9973, PAGE 1766 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
