NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003511-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM D. MACK; MELISSA A. MACK; RBS CITIZENS, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHARTER ONE, A DIVISION OF RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; THE MORTGAGE DEPOT, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of MARCH, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, HARBOR VIEW #6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
