NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on November 29th, 2016, in Case No. 2014-CI-006581 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Brunilda Shenepremte, Tefta Shenepremte and Hysni Shenepremte are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at: 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter on March 8, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, OF COUNTRYSIDE TRACT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 57-58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 2521 DOE CT, CLEARWATER, FL 33761.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
