NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 3rd day of February, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-000275-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA8, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGHCERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA8 is the Plaintiff and FRANCISO A SALAZAR; LONY ROJAS; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
