NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 January, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-001749-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, Na, is the Plaintiff and Ted K. Dunham a/k/a Ted Keith Dunham a/k/a Keith L. Dunham, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Successor to Wells Fargo Financial Bank, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DUNEDIN IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA AND BEING DESCRIBED IN A DEED DATED 6/29/1996 AND RECORDED 07/08/1996 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9396 PAGE 1161 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF THE COUNTY AND STATE SET FORTH ABOVE AND REFERENCED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 7, SUBDIVISION BAYWOOD SHORES UNIT 3, PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 49.
