NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003251-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, Successor-in-Interest to Bank of America, N.A, Successor-by-Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-11AR, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-11AR is the Plaintiff and Merry E. Rew; Windtree Gardens Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT J-103, OF WINDTREE GARDEN CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3374, AT PAGE 01, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
