CY18-HOA 59296 TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE: Date of Sale: 03/13/2017 at 1:00 p.m. Place of Sale: Outside of the Northeast Entrance of the Building located at: 2300 Maitland Center Parkway, Maitland, FL 32751This Notice is regarding that certain timeshare interest owned by Obligor in Cypress Harbour Condominium, located in Orange County, Florida, in more specifically described on Exhibit “A”. The Obligor has failed to pay when due the Assessments, Fees, and Taxes as assessed or advanced and is thereby in default of the obligation to pay such amounts as and when due Pursuant to that certain Declaration of Condominium.
