NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2017, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-003259-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and John R. Baker A/K/A John Baker; The Unknown Spouse of John R. Baker A/K/A John Baker; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; United States of America on behalf of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 8th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 3, SILVER BEACH SUB-DIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK L, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
