Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 07, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on February 7, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

BOOK 1119, PAGE 520, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGES 177 THROUGH 179, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING AMENDMENT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGE 42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH CARPORT NO. 26

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 10, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM.
