NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-003288 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Asset Backed Securities Trust 2006-NC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC1, Plaintiff and Justin Todd Yost a/k/a Justin T. Yost are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on March 7, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK “A-2”, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE SUBPHASE B, UNIT 1, TRACTS 320 AND 321, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 36 THRU 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
