NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 3, 2016, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated February 7, 2017, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 10th day of March, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 186, PALMETTO SKYWAY RE-PLAT, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 15 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
